Tried Waterfall Spa today and it was worth it. The therapist was polite, friendly and had a great attitude. I can tell she knows what she’s doing. The whole session was relaxing and stress-free. I’ll be coming back. Thank you!

Today I came to the laundry room and saw a massage shop next door. I went to experience it and felt good. 👍 The masseurs here are also very enthusiastic. After finishing, my body is much more relaxed. I will come again in the future. 👍👍👍
I stopped by after work and it was so relaxing. Waterfall Spa in Concord is clean and peaceful. The hot stone and neck-shoulder massage were great, and the therapists are very skilled. I left refreshed and will definitely be back.
This place is dirty, I received a full body treatment and after a few days I developed something strange on my skin. They are pimples with a lot of pus. I've never had anything like this on my skin before; it burns and hurts a lot.
Excellent massage experience. The therapist Sasha really helped to relieve my lower back pain and had just the right technique and pressure. Left feeling wonderfully relaxed. Very nice clean, comfortable spa.
